There are two key factors which will affect the time frame of  the receipt of your order.

1. Item Processing Time

After receiving your order,we require some  time process your order.The exact processing time varies depending on the product which was ordered. The average processing time is 6 hours .You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed.Please note we will not process your order if you choose to pay via ATM Cash Deposit/Manual EFT until payment has been made or proof of payment has been sent.We work seven days week to ensure your order reaches you in time.

2. Shipping Methods:

Fastway Couriers

We deliver all our orders to Major Cities and surrounding areas (70 Km Radius) using Fastway Couriers.Since our warehouse is located in Kwa-Zulu-Natal ,Delivery to Major Cities and Surrounding areas in Kwa-Zulu-Natal and Gauteng Province take place normally the next business day after your have placed your order(All other provinces takes 2 working days).With Fastway Couriers we have full tracking on our website from click to delivery.We also provide customers with full SMS tracking.Your tracking number will be Emailed and Messaged to you once your order has been processed. Fastway Couriers delivers all orders during working hours on business days.

Aramex Couriers

We deliver all our orders to small towns which is located further then 70km from cities via Aramex Couriers.Aramex normally delivers to small towns in 2 business days .With Aramex Couriers we have full tracking on our website from click to delivery.We also provide customers with full SMS tracking.Your tracking number will be Emailed and Messaged to you once your order has been processed. Aramex Couriers deliver all orders during working hours on business days.

South African Post Office

For delivery addresses in rural remote areas where street adresses is an issue,We use the South African Post office.This system requires the customer to fetch the order from the nearest post office to the postal code provided.Your tracking number will be emailed to you which you will use when you fetch your order from the nearest post office to your postal code.Full tracking is available on this website.Post office parcels are normally delivered within 5 working days to the nearest post office.

3. Manual EFT (Bank Transfer)

We have taken into consideration that some people may feel uneasy to use our Automatic EFT payment method.Manual EFT works by you doing an EFT from your bank to our Account.Once you placed your order, our banking details will be emailed you.We allow a time frame of 12 hours for the payment to be made.Customers should use there order number as reference and send proof of payment to our team at Finance@kartmor.com Please note we will not process your order until proof of payment has been sent.

4.ATM Cash Deposit

We have been recently been receiving alot of requests from South Africans who do not have a bank account on how to shop online.With much consideration we now accept FNB ATM Cash Deposits.Just like our manual EFT method ,we will email banking details and allow a time frame of 12 hours for payment to be made .FNB Cardless Service does not require you to have a bank account.Payment is made by depositing your cash into the machine and using your order number has reference.We will not require any proof to be sent to us if this method is used.
